Please read these terms carefully before using the DeepShield AI platform.
1. Acceptable Use
By accessing DeepShield AI, you agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you agree:
- Not to upload illegal, grossly offensive, or harmful content.
- Not to use the service for harassment, stalking, or malicious targeting of individuals.
- Not to use the automated results as conclusive legal evidence without independent, professional forensic review.
- Not to attempt to bypass rate limits, manipulate the API, or reverse-engineer the detection models.
2. Probabilistic Nature of Results
DeepShield AI provides analysis based on machine learning algorithms. You acknowledge and understand that:
- Detection confidence scores are probabilistic estimates, not absolute guarantees of authenticity or falsehood.
- The system may produce false positives (flagging real media as fake) or false negatives (failing to detect fake media).
- Results should be interpreted contextually and are not a substitute for human judgment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload. We claim no ownership over your media.
Our Technology: All rights, title, and interest in the DeepShield AI platform, including the MAPF-Lite neural architecture, underlying algorithms, user interface, and associated documentation, remain the exclusive property of DeepShield AI and its licensors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepShield AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on detection results.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate or restrict your access to the service immediately if we suspect violations of these Terms of Service.
